I’m a long-time fan of Lithuanian artist Jurate Gacionyte’s flickr page. She has an equally cool website called Amazing Tree House, where she sells notecards and shows off her fantastic drawing skills in addition to her beautiful photography.

I was browsing one of my favorite graphic design firms, Fwis, today and came across this free downloadable pinhole camera they just designed for Corbis (yeah, the stock photography people.) Print and build with a few things you probably have lying around the house. How cool is that.

Ellie Brown has a ton of work on her website to comb through, and I like that she showcases both her altered books like the one above, and her photography (below.)  On the homepage, there is an interesting essay by Ellie Brown about photographing her sisters over a ten year period (from young girls through adolescence), visually documenting their quest for identity.

It’s a good day when a photo like this pretty much sums up your mood!  If you don’t know Alison Garnett’s work (supercapacity on flickr) you should definitely spend some time checking her out. She’s one of my favorite flickr photographers to watch.
